Timothy C. Payne, M.D.
Senior Physician Consultant
Timothy C. Payne, MD has been practicing medicine in the Western Suburbs of Chicago for more than 27 years at M&M Orthopaedics. He specializes in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, and back rehabilitation. He is currently the President of the Medical Staff at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital and also served as Chairman of the Department of Surgery at AGSH.
Dr. Payne is a staff physician at Edward Hospital, Naperville Surgical Centre, the Midwest Center for Day Surgery, and the Salt Creek Surgery Center. He is a major contributor to The Shands Society, a foundation that supports the Orthopaedic Research and Education Fund (OREF).
Dr. Payne earned his MD from Rush Medical School and his BA from Hamilton College in New York. He currently resides in Hinsdale, IL with his wife Helen, and their two children, Addie and Emery. He is an avid golfer in his free time.
