Who Is Eligible?
Real estate agents and their teams are eligible to participate in the program.
Enrollment Portal is open 1st through the 10th each month.
How the Program Works
Please do not cancel any existing coverage until you have completed all steps for enrollment and you have received confirmation.
In order to enroll in the program, you will be required to answer simple health questions and then you will move to Step 2, Education Orientation.
We have developed an educational video to enhance your enrollment experience and ensure you have a complete understanding of how the program works. This video is a mandatory part of the enrollment process as you will be required to show your understanding of the program through answering some basic questions during Step 2 on-line.
In order for a real estate agent to enroll in the program, they must establish an employment relationship with the employee staffing company owned by IdilusHR that is named Employers Network Systems (ENS). Through this employment relationship and by processing a monthly payroll, they gain access to group benefits and back office support.
In this step, you will complete your billing and payroll setup information, then elect your benefits.
Your initial invoice will include a one-time enrollment fee of $100.00 and a monthly recurring administration fee of $99.00. Add on monthly fee of $25 for 401K administration (optional).
Under this program, a real estate agent will pay themselves a minimum payroll monthly. This minimum payroll is based on 30 hours per week at the mandated minimum wage in the area the agent conducts business. Please note that this arrangement does not change your 1099 status or commissions payments.
You will receive a payroll invoice each month detailing the amount expected to be withdrawn from your bank account for payment each month, as well as how the payroll is computed and paid.

As a new member of ENS you will be required to complete the Employment Eligibility Verification, Form I-9 digitally. You will receive an automated email asking you to complete section one of Form I-9, then identify a person (must be over 18) to review and attest to the authenticity of the identification pieces that you have selected from the list provided on Form I-9. You will be required to provide the section two instructions to the person you have identified to attest to your documents in order for them to complete section two. Timely completion of this form is essential to finalizing your enrollment and must be done prior to the effective date of your benefit coverage.
